"It's vintage" basically means it's second hand but totally overpriced.

its more fun to put an outfit together for a budget that is thrifted , making a kickass outfit and only spending like 20 bucks gives me an adrenaline rush .

To be separated from the crowd and dress in your own style is to be fashionable, while not trying to look like everyone else. However, if you have style it looks natural when you wear it.
